Dillon , late of said County, is dead, having
first made
And published his last Will and Testament; and
that William
H and A.B. Dillon
Is the Executor named therein.
Further, that the property of the said Prudence Dillon consisting of
a horse, 2 head
of cattle, 3 sheep

farming tools, xzzzzzzz and kitchen furniture
a track of land of about 96 acres being in Forsyth County said
Real & personal estate.
Is worth about $ 400.00 , so far as can be ascertained at the date
of this application ; and that
William H Dillon, A.B. Dillon,
Albert Dillon, Hamilton
Dillon, Lucy Ann Dillon , and Sarah the wife of Clingman
Swain. Seaborn of full age and Francis Dillon,
Jasper Dillon & Susan Dillon are minor.
Are the parties entitled under said will to the said property.

to contain the last Will and Testament of Prudence
Dillon …… deceased;
and that I will well and truly execute the same, by first paying his debts, and
then his
legacies, as far as the said estate shall extend, or the law shall charge me;
and that I will
well and faithfully execute the office of an Executor agreeable to the trust
and confidence
reposed in me, and according to law – So help me God.
